【摘要】 目的：判断老年综合评估护理模式在提高老年冠心病患者生活质量中的应用效果。方法：本文随机抽取笔者所在医院2015年7月-2017年1月收治的88例老年冠心病患者为研究对象。按照患者的意愿将其分为对照组和评估组，每组44例；分別为两组患者提供常规护理和老年综合评估护理；比较两组患者CQQC量表得分及护理满意度。结果：评估组患者治疗结束时、出院2个月后的CQQC评分高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。评估组患者的护理满意度显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：老年综合评估护理模式用于提高老年冠心病患者生活质量，效果显著。
